we enjoyed every minute of our weeks stay,from the reception staff,restaurant staff,pool and cleaners! all so nice and helpful.the indoor pool area is amazing and everywhere is so clean!.we ate in the bar a few times and was really tasty!.overall an amazing stay,i cant give anything negative for my whole stay at all and will definately be back!.

Our first time in Portugal and we’re glad we chose Turiscampo. It’s such a lovely site and the staff from the reception to the restaurant, the cleaners and gardeners are all very welcoming and helpful. We have booked again for next winter.

I can honestly say this is the best resort we have stayed in. We are a family of 5 3 children 2 of which have extra needs and it was Perfect to stay there, firstly the staff were always nothing but helpful and kind. The lifeguards were always so friendly and watching everyone in the pools. Our accommodation was so good and well equipped and when we needed more blankets we were given straight away. The resort was quiet at night and very clean. We were also so impressed we had a night flight and the staff let us late check out which was very helpful. We had car hire so was able to easily get to close by towns and beaches very good location. The shop was well stocked. We would definetly come back. The children loved it there.

The staff at Yelloh Portugal were fantastic, every interaction we had with them during our stay was good. I would like to give a special mention to Sancho from security who was a pleasure and the lady on reception (Tuesday at approx 2pm) who helped us organise a garage to fix a puncture on our hire car. The accommodation was very small and this wouldn't have been a problem if the weather had been better but being confined to the chalet for most of the holiday it did become an issue with the lounge area not really being comfortable or having room for 3 people to sit comfortably for an evening.

The facilities and staff were second to none. Although the weather wasn’t brilliant it did not detract from the overall experience. We are very satisfied with the site, the staff are brilliant the only disappointment this year is the indoor swimming pool should have been opened after refurbishment on the 18th of March it is now the 2nd April and it is still not open.
